Viseon Retains TVA For National Media Campaign

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 4, 2003--Viseon, Inc. (OTCBB:VSNI -
global developer and provider of broadband personal video communications
solutions, today announced that it has retained TVA Productions, a leading Los
Angeles-based communications firm, to develop and launch an extensive
multi-media campaign for the new VisiFone(TM). The media blitz is designed to
generate over 22,000 placements for the VisiFone(TM) on TV, radio, print
media, and airline in-flight programs.
The Viseon VisiFone is the world's first self-contained broadband videophone
that does not require a PC or any external equipment. It provides free video
and audio calls on any broadband connection and home or office network
including high-speed Internet connections via DSL or cable modem. The patented
VisiFone is H.323 compliant and delivers up to 30 frames per second video and
crisp audio quality utilizing 128k to 512k of bandwidth. It is compatible with
virtually all corporate video conferencing systems, but with a low retail
price of $599, it can be used by more than 24 million broadband connected
North American homes.
